Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. J+M Fine Linens is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

J+M Fine Linens sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition for an exchange. Please notice that handmade items can have difference in shape, color and size.
Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. J+M Fine Linens reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.
